The body carries
what time leaves behind.

Fossil Body

Memory takes shape
on the body.

Painting, presence and the traces of time.

Presence

A gesture holds
what words leave unsaid.

Corpo Fóssil · Patrick Alex

Form

Organic forms.
Layers of experience.

Across the figure, each module becomes part of a larger whole.

Surface

The surface becomes
a map of memory.

Contours connect. Forms gather. The body takes shape.

Corpo Fóssil

Many bodies.
Distinct presences.

Each figure carries its own gesture, rhythm and silence.

Stillness

In stillness,
presence deepens.

A folded body. A held gesture. Time suspended in paint.

Permanence

What remains
continues to change.

Corpo Fóssil brings memory into the present.

Encounter

A body holds
more than we can see.

Look closer. Follow the contours. Stay with the image.
